If you want to help your cat live a longer, healthier life… Welcome.
Let me tell you about Yuki.
She’s a tuxedo shorthair with amazing green eyes.
And she has HCM.
She Looked Completely Normal. But she wasn’t.
At age 7, she:
-
was active
-
was eating normally
-
showed no obvious signs of illness
To her family, she looked perfectly healthy.
But we chose to look deeper.
Early detection changed everything.
Instead of waiting for symptoms, we used targeted diagnostics to look deeper.
These tests revealed Yuki had high blood pressure and signs of early crdiac stress.
Further evaluation confirmed:
Stage B2 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
A serious condition that is often missed until much later.
We Acted Before Symptoms Appeared
Because we found the problem early, we had time to act.
We built a structured plan focused on stability and long-term health.
Her current care includes:
-
Felycin (rapamycin for cats)
-
clopidogrel
-
amlodipine
… along with ongoing monitoring and dosage adjustments over time.
Two Years Later—She’s Still Thriving
Yuki is now 9 years old.
And today:
-
her disease remains stable
-
she has had no major progression
-
she continues to live a normal, active life
She’s Still in Charge
Yuki still does what she’s always done best:
👉 bossing the dogs around like she owns the house.
That hasn’t changed.
This Is the Power of Early Detection
Most cats with HCM are diagnosed after symptoms appear.
By then, options are more limited.
Yuki’s story is different because:
-
we looked early
-
we found risk sooner
-
we acted before disease progressed
Here’s the lesson for us all. Early detection gives you more control over what happens next.
Find Problems Before They Become Serious
Your cat may look healthy—but important changes can happen beneath the surface.
The earlier you act, the more you can influence.
